Poor service

Mr Pronto is a big bag and shoe repairer in Chennai.

I had given two products for repair on May 14th

which was due for delivery on 17th May. I even

paid an advance for the repair.

Nearly, 45days has passed, the shop is unable to

track my bags, let alone repair them. Moreover, the

shop guys are rude, not willing toreturn my advance

or pay up for my expensive luggage case and nylon bag.
