Non-payment of water supply bills

Dear Sir,

You have a priority branch at 36 Basant Lok Vasant Vihar New Delhi-57 & We are supplying water through water tankers since two years at this address. Unfortunetely our bills of water supply of month of Sept.08, Oct.08, Nov.08 yet could not cleared. Detail as under:-

In this regard, I met Mr. Mukesh Sharma (branch manager), Mr. Walia, etc., Then they give me a contect no. of Mr. Sanjeev Sahani (9999136036), many times I discussed with him in this regard, but result is ZERO, now he switched -off his cellphone after seeing my no. Is that the way of your top bosses deal with the sufferd persons.
