Without finding any other alternatives, I have been compelled to lodge this complaint that my service provider is not delivering my gas to my home, inspite of my several requests. Mention may be made that I received my last gas (home delivery service) on 03/10/08, subsiquently they did not accept my request for registering my subsequent booking until the elaple of 21 days, though there is no black and white notice for the same either for the dealer or form IOC. Even after my formal booking on 27/10/08, they have not yet delivered the gas, for reasons best known to them. My husband is working outside the home district and I am a working lady, so I find lot of difficulty for their poor services. Would you kindly look into the matter and do the justice for my favour? My consumer number is 31799 of Guwahati, Assam. Pl do the needful for the same.
