No action taken on complain

I am electricity consumer of MSEB. I have complained loss of power supply at Chiplun Centre on 05/06 at 08.15 a.m. over telephone. Throughout the day I was following with MSEB for my complaint. However no acition is taken up to 11.15 a.m. today i.e. 06/06. We are without power supply since last 27 hours. Inspite of repeated reminders Mseb officials have not taken action. Due to mansoon and storm there was power cut in certain area in Chiplun. However after carrying out repairs by Mseb power supply was received by all the resident in area except our tenament. This was brought to notice of the Mseb officials and Chiplun Centre over phone several times however they have not taken any actio so far. As per guidelines of Mseb, The Company has to restore power supply within four hours. I therefor request you to look into the matter personally and restore my power supply immediately.
