Aggressive behavior of supervisor of malviya nagar store

Dear Sir/Ma'am

I am a customer of ABRL MORE Malviya Nagar, Khiki Extension. I faced a lot of problem in this store since i complain on the behavior of supervisor of malviya nagar more store. They are very aggressive and sometime they are also even fight with the customers. They always misbehave ahead of customer and trying to be very clever and aggressive. They are always tell lie when they talk with the customers.

Even Cluster Manager also very aggressive. The name of cluster manager are santosh sharma. I have see that when one person ask from the cluster manager that who is the store manager of malviya nagar store so he show the anger ahead of the person and tell his supervisors that out the person from the store i dont know why. Is he trying to show his ego or designation where he make lot of money from the ABRL More group.

The condition of Malviya nagar More shop are not very well because of daily conflict with the customers. The sell is also very bad condition and this store is also comes in the category of inferior store. There are no store manager in the shop and more shop are run by the unqualified supervisors who are full of aggression and lie. They didn't know that how we tackle the customer and how we tackle the store.

The name of supervisor are Jay and Suderson.

Therfore i request from the seniors of Abrl more that please solve this situation and provide a well qualified store manager for the store.
