I have been allotted two king club numbers and as you are aware I have been flying frequently and since my flight miles are being accumulated under two different numbers, I am unable to take advantage of the offers coming my way. I request you to merge the flight miles accumulated under both the card numbers and issue me a fresh upgraded Kingclub card.
