I bought a school bag (for Campion School, Bhopal) from M/s Indraprasth Uniform A/C Showroom at jawahar Chowk, Bhopal for my son in March for which it was told that the bag has been specially prepared by a Mumbai firm and that it was of a superior quality than the other bags available at markets. Ofcourse a higher price was charged than the market price.
The bag was used for a countable days during march'08. Then school remained closed for 2 months for summer vacation and bag was not used. In july'08 schools were reopened and my son started the use of the bag. This vary bag was torn from near the handle in mid August'08. Complaint of the same was made with the Agency that initially told that already 5 months had been elapsed so nothing can be done. When I told them that I do not want a replacement/repair I just wanted to give you the feedback then they offered to get it repaired. I also agreed to that & the same aws got repaired.
This bag is now again torn from the bottom side.
I wish to convey to all that do not go on the tip-top of the Agency and be a victim of loot. Instead a local shopkeeper can provide you with a standard product/after sales service.
