Not accepting our application

I had given application to close our account in shirpur branch but the branch is not respoding us properly they had make account from us by giving improper guidence about facility of account and instead of closing a/c they debited our a/c bal upto Rs.10000/-

we are not satisfy from their service and behaviour so please help us give us proper justice.
