M/s Kaviraj Housewares, Bangalore thru M/s iMint
Gift against ICICI Bank Points thru imint

Please note that suddendly ICICI has tiedup with M/s iMint and inturn M/s iMint has tiedup with M/S Kaviraj Housewares, Banglore for redepmtion of Points. The Gift item Computer USB Vacuum Cleaner sent under Invoice number 72156 is not working. This VC is not sucking dust/powder/particles that what is use???

Secondly, it appears it is Made in CHINA. I doubt they have import License.

I request M/s ICICI, M/s iMint and M/s Kaviraj to immediately take back the item through their Rep. and put my points back in my A/c within 10days from today. Failing which, I have no option but to take actions tagainst them through various forums as deemed fit.
