Gas Connection no. MX1810.No Delivery of Gas Refill . 20 days of booking passed

I have booked 1 gas refill on 18-01 vide booking no.5191, coupon book no.3072, copon no.20 at M/s Mayur Gas Service, Jaipur House, Agra. I have been continously requesting them to deliver the refill gas but uptill now (20 days passed) they have not done the same. Every time I go to them they are saying that

they will deliver it today. Since 02-02 I have been going to them twice a day.

Customers who have booked their gas on 21-01 have received their cylinders but I haven't.

It seems they are selling the refill in open market.

Kindly look into the matter & take some strict action against them.
