Firstly we want to say this is the last resort/attempt we are making to be heard with your company.

We are having a corporate account with you, i.e Nos: 9987637131-9987637144 on the name of M/s Mika Design Inc, Add: 03, Rajnimahal, Tardeo, Mumbai-34.

Now, we have had the traumatic experiance in the last nine months we have been associated with you. Besides other our prime complain has been EXCESS BILLING and not adhering to the determined plan. This has resulted in a very disturbing experiance, having to repeatedly complain having no authorised person paying any heed to it.

Yes its always a difficult decission to make to change the numbers, but we have been pushed to do so.
