Monitor problem

Myself is Pradeep Singh, E-70 B, Lajpat Nagar, Ghaziabad. I purchaed a HCL PC (Monitor Serial No. B074AZ196030 and Warranty card no. 10244362) from its dealer at EDM, Anand Vihar, Delhi. My monitor is out of order since last 15 days. I complained to customer serice center on 20/10 and your service engineer came to my place on 23/10 but he didn't find the fault and he told me that he would come back within one or two days but he didn't turn up till date. After that I tried to talk but he doesn't pick my phone and seeing my number he switched off his mobile. I had already talked to 10 people in your company but there is no response.

So, this is my last mail regarding this because I have no more patience to tolerate inconvenience.

If my PC is not made operational withing one or two days I will be forced to file an appeal in consumer court against your company and this dealer.
