I am an employee of Abu Dhabi Ship Building having A/C (10 5111404 01) of your bank at Abu Dhabi branch. I am having personal loan based my basic salary. Every month the due was deducted through my salary. From beginning till now there is no any due pending for me. Last year I received a letter mentioning about overdue and they deducted some amount. I enquired through phone banking I didn’t receive any right information. Recently I received another letter mentioned the same 2, 804.21Dhs fine (Interest), (Statement date 10 Feb 08) and the reason they told your due date is 1st of every month. Again on 17th Feb 08 statement received mentioning three thousands something. I couldn’t understand why they are not informing the next month? Then we can realized. Few of our cliques having the A/C in your bank at the branch their due date is every month 28th they didn’t receive any letter. I contact in the main branch they advised we will consider your case and make it reduce the amount. I couldn’t understand this system. I took the loan for solve my family problem, now its creating me much headache. Kindly I request you will consider of my case solve my problem to release the tension.
