I made the mistake of ordering from Watchez.com without checking any scam reports. The site looked legit I liked the fact that they have a lot of watches on there. I ordered a swiss Cartier replica at $499.00 with $50.00 discount if I subscribed to their newsletter. When my card was charged for more then $449.00, I contacted Andy (him being the only contact) about this issue; he replied to me that the transactions are made in Rupees and Dollar had fallen a little bit that day. Keep in mind ALL prices are shown in US Dollars. The watch they sent was nothing like they advertised: GMT function doesn't work, the claimed sapphire crystal glass is nothing but plastic, and it has a scratch on it. There's no way this can pass for the real thing, it looks like a bad replica of a good replica. Andy said he was willing to replace the item, but I had to purchase another watch (to which he would apply a good discount) for shipping reasons. I wanted to give Watchez.com the chance of making things right, so I purchased a ladies Cartier. ALL I got after this was promises that the order was shipped, promises for a tracking # that I never received, verify my address one more time (after I was told my order was shipped), then more promises that the order would be shipped the very next day(???), Andy would check one more time for a tracking #, then silence. Thank you we have your money... moving to next victim.
I know I am not the only victim of Watchez.com, therefore I encourage everyone to speak out; we should not let this company take advantage of innocent, honest American buyers. Maybe it is time we should put a stop to having our Dollars exchanged for Rupees.
I have more than 20 emails I can produce in case anyone has the slightest doubt that I'm telling the truth.
