Not Delivery Gas Cyclinder on Time

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Pattammal Gas Agency, West Tambaram, Chennai.

I have booked for a refill on 10th Dec in person. They replied that they will Distribute with in week. But after week when I made a call to them they replied "my request pertaining to refill my cylinder was not logged. So I need to re-book my request ". I booked again 19-Dec. They said they will deliver within 10 days. But my request is in vain.

Each time, these people are giving any lame excuse and trying to escape things.

Last month, these people said that I didn't booked gas cylinder itself and I need to book it once again and waited for three more days.

Every month, we are fighting with these people to get the cylinder. Due to this, we are losing some days in next booking too.
