Non delivery of Gas Refil Cyliders

Dear Sir,

I wish to bring your kind attention that M/s. Rani Enterprises of Madipakkam is not delivering the LGP refile cylinders to our area as they claims that the roads are not good enough to transport. But actually our roads are in the development phase and it is not now, off the rain, the roads became useless for transportation. All other suppliers are delivering the lpg cylinders to homes, but this agencies are dening and asking the consumer to take home the cylinders from their end. I think that this is at the most atrocity that this agency is doing and I hope you will instruct the agency to fulfill the consumers demad.
