I am V. Prasanna, a member of Road Safety club vide membership certificate No:76750 dated 29/08.

After 07/08 till date I am not in receipt of renewed insurance certificate nor intimation regarding validity of insurance. Kindly arrange to cancel my membership and return back my money at the earliest. Thanking you.
