I am sorry to inform you about the kind of service we are getting from ON DOT Couriers. On 07.10.2009 M/s.K.B.Hydraulic Engg. Works, Faridabad has sent an Exciose Document cum Invoice and sent the material through Road. The material has reached Jamshedpur but the documents are not received till date. In the absence of the Orginal Documents we are not in a position to process the payment to the party. I have contacted to you branch office at Jamshedpur Mob. No. 9334250106 but the response is very unsatisfactory even after knowing the case. We therefore, request you to kindly arrange to deliver the documents immediately, .
