Dear Sir,

This to bring to your kind notice that my Consumer No 623407 and the name of my Distributor is M/S.V.C.Shah of Bhyander (W), Thane 401101.

I have booked my cylinder on 07/02 thru H.P. direct booking system and my booking no is 1.

But today is 20.02.2009 but yet my cylinder is not being delivered.

Regarding making a phone call to them from 8am to 8pm (2nos) are always busy, i sometimes fail to understand that even the phone of our Prime Minister is that much busy?

Hope you will look into the matter.
