Dear Sir,
I had placed an online order for supply of 1 No. Sauna Slim Fit Belt (BC035), 24 Pcs Cutlery Set (BC046) and 1 No. Citrus Juicer (BC044) through BARCLAYS Credit Card vide Order No.6328 dated 27.11.2008 with the following party for a total amount of Rs.2, 249/- :-

As per terms and conditions all deliveries were to be made within 21 days from the date of placing the orders. However, the delivery against my order is not yet supplied to me despite e-mails sent to you for a number of times to this effect. Such an attitude and omission at their end reflects the highly unprofessional and negligent attitude which is still continuing. The delivery is yet not given and every time their Customer Service Executive said “there is some stock problem” and they are not ready to refund the money in spite of writing to them by email a number of times. Their executive was denying that they have received any email regarding cancellation of the order and refund of the money paid to them. Their phones are not transferable and we cannot contact their concerned department for talking to them regarding cancellation or the order. It would not be out of place to mention about Holi wishes through e-mail dated 10.03.2009 sent to me from the same Email ID i.e. [email protected] as a reply to mail regarding cancellation or the order by one of their executives - Ms. Kavita Choudhary of Complaint Cell (reproduced below) which reflects their deliberate omission not to redress my grievances.
I have sent a final Warning Letter to them by Regd. A/D on 24.03.2009 for delivering my the ordered items within 7 days of this correspondence or canceling the order with refund of consideration amount of Rs. 2249/- with interest @ 12 p.a. till date of realization. Although the letter has been delivered to the addressee, till date I have not received the material.
I request you to take urgent measures / advise me the action to be taken against the above fraud Company to get the refund of Order Value of Rs. 2, 249/- with interest @ 12 p.a. till date of realization.
