Cheating of Public by filling up less petrol for more money:
For the last one month, I am filling up my petrol in M/s. Vetrivel Agencies and always found that the quantity of petrol is very less. Yesterday, fortunately, my friend accompanied me and we found out the actual fuel filled up for only Rs.730/- and he collected Rs.1000/-. When I enquired, the person told me that the pump got tripped and it requires a restart (?). when he came back after the so called restart, he asked me to oepn the petrol tank. Then, I asked, "You know that the pump got tripped and you have to fill for another Rs.270/-, then why did you close the tank? " For that they told that "sir, two more people came and started pasifying me. They told that "we are putting the petrol now and dont make any issue". It clearly shows that this bunk is cheating the consumer. I always feel that they distract the customer, like No air, mode of payment etc., while the customer respond to that person, the person fillign up the petrol will close the meter.
