I Rajinder Jairath i make a Ulip Plan policy with your Ludhiana barnch in 01 Aug voucher no 07473534 and proposal no 01192210 and user ID TAJINDER Branch code LUIN but till date i Dont reciced policy of my plan.so many times i call you Ludhiana branch and your custmor cara toll free number but i only got assurance to recived the Policy but the result is Zero.

I am not satisfied from your dealing so i request you that as per your rules if custmor want to cancelled tha Plan then he can cancelled within 15 days of recived policy. So i request you that please cancelled my plan and refund my Rs 25000/ as early as possible
