Me along with my friends wanted to join for MSW in ur university through distance mode. So to get the details I called up ur office at Kochi, Kerala. Ph:04842530436 on 14/10/09 around 2pm. As soon as the call got connected the person on the other end put me on Hold for a long time. After that when I enquired abt the course he spoke to me as if I am irritating him. He shouted at me for asking questions about the course fee and other details and told me that dis is a university office and he can give me only this much customer service... My uncle, a rtd ISRO official, an ex collegue of ex president Abdul kalam referred to me abt this university.
If u keep such ppl in ur office I am sure U will earn a bad name in kerala. Hope u will take necessary action.
