Irregular bus timings

I am travelling in 12G from West mambalam Imdian Bank stopping to Alwarpet (Anchaneyar Kovil) at the morning time the bus is always full and we cannot in steps also. if i miss 8.45am bus then there is no bus for long time. At evening time is too bad to travel 12G while half an hour once no bus is provided. If the bus came it will stop in bus stop it stands before 100 feet the bus stop or otherwise after 100 feet. and some time it is stopping in bus stop. The bus is all time crowd bus... poover service.. no timings for this bus 12G...
