I Was travelling to mumbai in chennai express 2164. My coach No B1. Many of the passengers were not able to sleep in the night due to the bad working condition of the ac. it was hot inside the coach. Repeated complaints had no effect on the coach incharge. He told us rudely that he could'nt do anything. So I request you to take necessary steps to prevent these problems in future as i travel 4-5 time to mumbai in a year. kindly do the needful
