Mobile Sevice and Return of insured Amount

I buy a mobile handset from HOTSPOT with care pack stating that your hand set will be repair if not repairable then the HOTSPOT will return the 50% of current Value

my hand Set got damaged according the policy i submit my hand set for repair but the hot spot people change the motherboard of my mobile (may because my hand set in unrepairable condition) instead of returning the money

but the changed mobile not in working condition

i submited the same again but they return me without diagnose the problem

the same episode repeated three time

at last they say me to sub, it the all accessories for processing 50% refund by again a one month passed they did not refund my money

it is more than three month passed and they are sleeping even their customer care center and customer care cell

please find the long tril mail with HOTSPOT customer care

My hand set or 50% of amount still not with me, in spite of I deposit all the accessories to HOTSPOT on 13.11.2009 (after my handset return to me without resolving the problem)

U please guide me what should be my next step after thee month or this the way hotspot treat with the customer

I believe on your mail but when I visited to take the delivery they told me to collect tomorrow i.e. (12.11.2009)

But on 12.11.2009 they told me to collect 13.11.2009

& call center people told me after 10 days

I think there Is no telephone connection in HOT

What the customer satisfaction and why customer take service from HOTSPOT???

This is Avnish I put my mobile Nokia E-71 IME No 354855022609506for service to HOT SPOT Vishwas nagar code 193 on 03 october

But my mobile still not with me

They return me the same on 17/10 with changed IME no but the hand set not working so I returned immediately

Next time on 03/11 the again give the handset but this time the problem is same mobile not working so I return immediately

My mobile is with hotspot more than one so please tell me the use of buying care pack

Also as per the condition of care pack if mobile is not repairable than HOTSPOT pay the 50% of Price

But service center replace my original motherboard with other one

My Moblie is with servce center in warrnaty period means I am loosing my warranty time

Pls give the exact time how I received my mobile in working condition
