Am broadband user of unlimited plan599/rs per month.in my residence line became fault. my complain number is 1014 on dated 21 july and was short out on 04.07.2009 company gave me full month bill without reduction of rebate (due to fault and unavailable service for 15 days by mtnl delhi) from my monthly bill. Please do needfull and correct my july bill.
