MTNL Broadband internet sservice
Very low download speed

Sir,

I have subscribed to MTNL broadband unlimited plan and I have been using this service for the last one month. Initially there was no problem. but nowadays I happen to see that the download speed is vey low, that is around 25 kbps. Moreover, browsing speed is also very low. At times, broadband connection is not getting connected, and this is happening frequently. I have already lodged a complaint with the customer care. My particulars are furnished below :
