I have a Jeevansaathi i.e. Lifetime postpaid connection of MTNL. I would like to convert it into prepaid one. I asked customer care center they said u can convert it easily at any sanchar hut.
I am a resident of Faridabad. I decided and go at a sanchar hut in north delhi (shalimar bagh). There they said "you have to go at IDGAH Sanchar Hut".
I went there and filled the form. and crosschecked with them that my LIFETIME validity remains in prepaid also. They replied YES.
n guess what in 5-6 hours it gets converted to prepaid. But the lifetime validity is lost. Now it is showing your account has been suspended. Recharge it.
Customer care is just saying u should go at the place where u submitted the form. WTF then for what they are getting paid.
