Refund of Telephone Deposit

Dear Sir/Madam

I Subhash Krishnaji Kamat requested you to refund my partial security deposit of Rs.2000. This is because originally we have paid a security deposit of Rs.3000 & now the same is reduced to Rs.1000 by MTNL. My Telephone No. is 28708232 and I have cleared all due payments till date.

But then also I have not received my deposit money back. We request you to kindly look in to the matter as I need funds immediately now I am a retire person so value for money is very important for me.
