Dead Telephone n broadband connection not working properly

Dear Sir/ Madam

My name is krrishan singh bisht. I am staying at the following address: is L-108/13 Sadatpur Ext. Pusta Area Ramlila Ground Delhi-110094. My telephone no. 011-22960264 has been dead since last more than 25 days and broadband was not working properly. I have lodged a number of complaints but the phone has still not been repaired. Please help.
