Illegal construction

I want to register the complaint with you that people living in 13/25A MOTI NAGAR, NEW DELHI-15 is illegali constructing a floor with out the mcd`s approval. Moreover the long heavy iron rods are dangerously lieing on the balcony of the of floor. Many times these long iron rodes have been fallen down which is dangerous for people living in the neighbour hood and people walking on the road.many times it has fallen in front of our door and road. One can feel that how dangerrous it can be for others people.
