I am a resident of A-681, shastri nagar delhi -52 in our area we are facing lot of trouble and cow dung problem because of roaming of stray cows. sometimes It would be dangerous when these cows fighting each other and it will harm any body. So for the safety of our neibhourhood and for neat and clean area. I requested to you to look into this matter. I would be sincerily thankful.
