I have applied for broadband connection 2 months back. I am trying to call them just to find the status. Whichever number I call, they ask me to call the other number. After dialling 5/6 different numbers, I reach a number where they don't pick up the phone. So basically I end up in deadlock. Once I called them around 1 o'clock, that customer service lady directly told me to call after 2 PM since she was having her lunch. If you ask them their names, they just tell you they are not allowed to tell their names. I think this is the worst customer service I have seen so far. I am not sure if the management even looks into these issues.
