I have applied for new MTNL connection through DISTANCE TELECOM (which is a direct sale provider of MTNL), address: 108-A, GF, DDA BUILDING, MATA SUNDARI ROAD, NEW DELHI- 110002 on 19/6. w
The executive Mr. Mukesh Kumar took all the documents & Rs 500 cash and told me that connction will be set up in 7 working days. But till now I have not got any connection, I have tried callingf his no. 9278510869- He abused me and asked not to call again. when I called Mr Gagan on 9868399491, I have not got a proper response.
I am fed up with the services & behavoiur of Distance Telecom. Its creating negative impact & impression Of MTNL on customers. Kindly help me to get my connection.
