TELEPHONE DEAD NO BODY LOOKING WHILE LOGGED COMPLAINT MANY TIMES

Dear Sir/Medem,

My mtnl telephone number is 25013630 in Najafgarh area west delhi. This telephone was dead from last 20 days and i have logged complaint many times around 10 times and also contact to Area manager west jone mr. Rawat. I also have visited personally the mtnl najafgarh office but no body helping me. Please provide me proper initiatives so that these people don't try to ignore other persons.
