Respected Sir,
My name is Sugumar, Iam Employee of claim managment Company in Rajendra place, New Delhi. Iam MTNL network user. On 03/10 I sent a request to MTNL Network activate caller tune to my mobile. But the caller tune not activated till a date. I called a mtnl customer care center 35 times. They said the reason is that (Server down, song not able to download), They are saying fooling answer, when i calling over there, My call was disconnected. They charged Rs. 12 for Song download Rs.25 for monthly Subscription. Again i called customer care regds my caller tune still not activated. They said " you have to send again activation charge" then also i paid. But still not Activated. So please Consider My Complaint. I hope for your reply.
