Getting disconnected from mtnl triband very very frequently

I have got triband connected from mtnl, but to my utter disappointment I am getting disconnected most of the time, and I have to keep waiting for hours to get connected again. I have been trying all the possible telephone nos. but cannot get thru either. I am a senior citizen with nobody at home.

I shall be very thankful if my problem is solved, because of this connection I am able to talk to my children who are settled abroad.
