Complaint of Network Failure of Dolphin (MTNL)

Dear Sir,

I am a regular consumer of MTNL Delhi Dolphin services (Mobile NOs. 9868957226 & 9868957163). The Network of Dolphin remains disturbed frequently. Owing to the problem of disturbed network, I have been suffering great difficulties for attending incoming & outgoing calls for last month of july & aug: Some time while talking on mobile the network fails, calls disconnects & it causes huge problems to the users.

So, please take appropriate action. I will be greatly thankful to you.
