I was having my postpaid Mobile connection no.9868536950 with MTNL Dolphin, due to lack of time, I failed to make the payment on the due date and the connection was immediately disconnected on the very next day of the due date and nobody was there to listen to my complaint. After making the payment on the next day, my services gets started. Because of their misconduct, I made an application to convert my post paid number to prepaid and they assured me that it will be converted within a couple of hours after submitting the application form, but after submitting the application they immediately stopped all my calls (incoming and outgoing both) and they took about 5 days to convert the same into prepaid. In between those days I made about 20 calls per day to the customer care to sort out the problem, but they refused to do so. I am also requesting for the last about 5-6 days to the customer care to get my internet/gprs activated my on mobile, they failed to do so. Every time they gives excuses that their system is not working and some time after listening to my query, they disconnects the phone and some times, even after picking up the phone, no body says anything and put the receiver down without any inquiry.
