I was outta town for a month so could not pay the bill on time. When I came back, I realised that the service was disconnected due to that! I paid all the bills there and then online but the service has not been activated yet. When I called customer service, they gave me a bloody runaround from piller to post. I talked to about ten different people without a resolution. All sounded very indifferent! I will take it further to consumer court for sure!!
