I had surrendered my tele no 27530766 along with broadband modem installed at A/3/9/5, Millenium tower, sect 9, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai and requested you to send deposit cheque to my Pune address. Unfortunately your office sent wrong cheque (payble to jhansi exports) to me, which was returned to you by post about a month back, Till date i have not recd my refund, May i request you to look into the matter and dispatch crrect cheque to my following addaress
