Frequent disconnections and poor internet

I have been using mtnl for around 20 years..but the line is dead most of time. So most of time i m filing compliants to get it working once its working the internet is never working properly. Instead of numerous complaints the mtnl people dont care to get it rite and send some person. Kindly provide me the way out from the same or disconnection is the only choice left with me.
