Triband service is not good and customer support is poor

Since last week I am compalining about the triband problem, but no one is responding properly. They are sending us the billl but they are not taking any action against our complaint. Customer support is very poor. Versova telephone exchange's (telephone number 26741300) operator is very rood. she is not handling customer like begger.

We need quick action against such customer support executives and we need real justice.

Please advice.
