I face the following problems:
- The technician did not arrive on the date promised.
- The service was started after around 8-10 days of the decided date.
- The costumer care service did not provide correct username and password.
- They promise speed upto 256 kbps but we get no higher than 4-10 kbps save the day of connection.
- Disconnected from the service very frequently.
- No proper customer support.
- Amount of download MB logged is 2 - 3 MB higher than what the real value is.
