I recently got my stuff moved from Delhi to Bangalore using Accelerate Packers and Movers
(Contact Person: Mr RamaShankar Ph:09871042002).
Pathetic probably is the only word that can describe their service.
Reasons being
1) They used my own boxes for packing (Rather I packed them myself while their executive sat making the bill)
2) They promised me that the plastic packing will be done in front of me (they did get the sheets) but they said they will do it at the godown
3) They said they would move my bike (Bajaj Caliber) via the bike carrier (even though I know such a thing doesnt exist, however since others had had a good experience with them I listened to them) but they broke the silence and the headlight.
4) Promised 10 day delivery, took 14 days and the counterpart in Bangalore was not aware as to the goods had actually arrived. Constant checking on him forced him to look and he finally had the enlightenment.
5) I am glad I packed my own computer box with lots of cushions, I dont think they could manage to deliver a small package in one piece let alone.
On top of this the counterpart in Bangalore and Delhi (like the Government of India) are playing blame game on each other.
For such a pathetic service and 3 boxes I had to be pay 7.5k
I would advice people to stay away from this company. Conning is a small word for them.
I was fooled by their charming representative who sat in my house for 5 hours trying to "pack" my stuff
Hope others are smarter.
