Poor Service Support

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am user of Sony Ericsson phone G700, in which my FM radio is not working properly. Which i submitted at Accel Frontline Service center which is a parter of Sony Ericsson in India to provide service support on 29th july 09. they give me duration of over 15 days, but my phone is not yet repaired. I dont have cellphone as they dont even provide me a standby for my phone. Whenever i call them they said me repeated from one week that we are out of stock. as soon as the stock come we resolve your problem. please help to provide me with my repaired handset or with replacement.
