I am using trump connection for last four years and the service has just gone worse. Nowadays the call doesnt get connected and if it does then half of the time you end up saying "hello hello" as one side or the other doesn't get your voice. Everytime the call gets disconnected after sometime. You doesn't expect such a low grade service from a brand like MTNL.If they don't have infrastructure to support this many customers then they shouldn't take new customers.
