I have tried to lodge the complaints against the unexpected behaviour and bad language used by MTNL Customer care executive and try to send it on mtnl email id [email protected]. But, making a lot effort, I am unable to lodge because, the mail ids doesnot receive my complain. I wanted to attract the attention of higher officials of MTNL Delhi on the above subject that some of their customer care executive at call center using unethical and bad language while requesting for lodgement of complaints. I don't know the name of perticular executives because he didnot confirm his name and he gave me his position no, that I forgot. Yesterday, I faced such a situation while I heard some bad words used by that particular executive.

also they gave no of higer official but no one is picking up the phone . me caller tune tune deactivate in aprill 2008 but my charges till now. every time when i complain the ans is thatt they have deactivated my caller tune then why my my balance is deducted every month.
i want my refund
