Not receiving delivery of LPG gas in time

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to inform you that we have not been receiving proper supply of LPG gas cylinder on time inspite of booking the same 21 days in advance as per the norms set by BPCL services. We are facing the problem for the last two months inspite of repeated calls at the centre (Mukta Gas Service) there is no proper response. I had booked the cylinder on 22nd October and the booking no. 449 and when I called to inquire about the status of delivery after 8 days I was told there is no booking being made on the above mentioned date which led to a bitter argument and the phone being hung up abruptly. There is rampant black marketing in the area where the van comes loaded with cylinders but people who have done the booking dont receive the cylinders and the same is openly black marketed in hotels and non-subscribers of BPCL LPG gas.
